Plymouth man charged with baseball bat attack
PLYMOUTH — A Plymouth man was jailed Thursday afternoon and charged with aggravated battery after he allegedly struck a man with a baseball bat.
Plymouth police were dispatched to a fight at 707 Pearl St. in Plymouth.
Upon arrival, a 55-year-old Plymouth man was found to have a large wound to the back of his head from being hit by a baseball bat. A 36-year-old Plymouth man also had marks to the side of his head.
After speaking to all the subjects involved, Scott Davis was taken into custody.
Davis also had injuries to his forehead when police arrived.
Davis, 49, whose address was listed as the Pearl Street address, was booked into Marshall County Jail and charged with aggravated battery by means of a deadly weapon.
Davis was held with no bond.
