March 8, 2013

PLYMOUTH — The American Legion Post 27 Diamond Spyders will be hosting Plymouth High School baseball head coach Ryan Wolfe and Plymouth Youth Travel Team coach Bob Caban for a skills clinic Saturday, March 16.
The clinic, which is open to players age 9 to 12, will cover all fundamentals of pitching, fielding and hitting, and runs from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Parents are also encouraged to attend to observe methods of teaching their players how to improve their game.
The clinic will be held at the Diamond Spyders’ training facility, the Sluggers Bullpen at 500 W. Jefferson St., in the Young’s TV and Appliance warehouse. Cost is $20.
Wolfe will be in his first year as head coach of the Pilgrims this spring. He was formerly the head coach at West Central High School and JV coach at Rochester. He is a graduate of Manchester College where he played four years and was an Indiana North/South All-Star as a senior in high school.
Register by calling 574-780-4313 or 574-933-2727.
