Planning to vote absentee? Here's what you need to know

PLYMOUTH — Residents may now vote by absentee ballot if they are a registered voter of the precinct where they reside.
Absentee voting began Monday, April 9, in the Marshall County Clerk’s Office, 211 W. Madison St., Plymouth, from 8 to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 to 4 p.m. for the upcoming primary election May 8. The office will also be open Saturday, April 28 and Saturday, May 5 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
To vote absentee by mail, call 574-935-8713 to ensure that you meet the requirements and to make arrangements. You will be asked to present proof of identification before you are allowed to vote. Absentee voting ends May 7 at 12 p.m.
