PHS physical days begin today at 6 p.m.

PLYMOUTH — Plymouth High School will offer IHSAA sport physicals appointments at Plymouth High School Tuesday through Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. Dr. Tony McPherron and his staff at Speciality Orthopedics along with PHS athletic staff volunteers will be on site to provide this opportunity. The athletic physicals will be for incoming freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors only. 
Physical forms will need to be signed by the parents. The cost is $20 per physical. Please be advised, parents must call the PHS athletic office at 574-936-3215 prior to secure a time slot. Appointments will start at 6 p.m. and run every 15 minutes.  All athletes and parents need to enter North doors No. 5.
