PHS boys basketball Red-White Scrimmage Saturday

November 8, 2012

PLYMOUTH — The Plymouth High School Boys Basketball Program will be hosting its second annual “open” practice and Red-White intrasquad scrimmage this Saturday. Admission to the game is free, but the team is accepting sports drink donations.
The practice will run from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. for all boys in grades 9-12. It will be the only practice all year open to the public.
Following the practice, there will be a scrimmage between players beginning around noon. After the scrimmage, there will be a meal for players, managers, coaches and their immediate families. During this meal, the team will also hold a parent meeting and pass out important information and expectations for this season and would like at least one parent or guardian in attendance for this meeting.
The Plymouth varsity boys Basketball Team will open its season Saturday, Nov. 17 versus Riley beginning at 1 p.m. at PHS. The regular season-opener is set for Saturday, Nov. 24 at 6 p.m. when the Pilgrims host the Bremen Lions.
