Performers return to Bremen

November 9, 2012

BREMEN — Leslie Lee and Steve Gretz will return to perform in concert Tuesday, Nov. 27 at 7 p.m. at First United Church of Christ, 323 S. Center St., Bremen. In 2007 the couple moved to Rochester, N.Y. from the Boston area where together they ran The Mozaic Room coffeehouse for 11 years. In 2003, they started recording and performing together as a duo. Their music combines their backgrounds in traditional, country and gospel music with their taste for contemporary singer/songwriters. Their performances feature simple but tasteful arrangements of timeless melodies. Steve’s guitar is often supplemented by other traditional instruments, but the focus is always on thoughtful lyrics and beautiful harmonies. A recent song of theirs, “One Great Hour to Share” has become the theme song for a major offering to help needy people throughout the world.
For more information about the Gretz’ visit http://www.leslieandsteve.com. For more information about the concert call 574-546-2459. A freewill offering will be accepted at the concert.
