PLYMOUTH — P.  Roger Hackett ,age 66, of Berkley Street, Plymouth, passed away at 7:47 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011, at Saint Vincent’s Carmel Hospital in Carmel.
Roger was born Aug. 13, 1944, in Plymouth, to Donald P. and Myrtle A. (Scott) Hackett.
Roger was a member of the Walnut Church of the Brethren, Argos, and was the director of music at the church. Roger proudly served his country in the United States Army.
Roger and the former Pamela Mortimore were married in 1979. They have one daughter, Kelly Miller.
Roger is survived by his wife, Pamela Hackett of Plymouth; his daughter, Kelly Miller of Goshen; his brother, Ron S. (Elaine) Hackett of Fort Wayne; his sister, Phyllis J. Conley of Whittier, Calif.; his nieces, Diana Trump of South Bend, Teresa Jones of California, Dawn Maliff of California, and Lisa Hill of Austin, Texas.
