Nude man propositions woman pumping gas

PLYMOUTH — Plymouth police were called to the area of Family Express Monday around 9:30 p.m. by a woman who reported that she had been propositioned by a nude man while she was pumping gas.

Plymouth police officer Jesse Pippenger located the man's vehicle and initiated a traffic stop on Lake Avenue. When Pippenger approached the vehicle, he noticed that the driver was not wearing any clothes. The man stated that it was very hot and he was more comfortable with no clothes on. He was identified as Jeffrey Samuels, 37, of Plymouth, and it was also determined that he was intoxicated. Samuels was lodged at the Marshall County Jail.
