Mobile meth lab busted

BREMEN — On March 9 at about 9:03 a.m., the Bremen Police Department received a complaint of shoplifting from the Bellmart, 1151 W. Plymouth St.

Before officers arrived, the suspect vehicle left the business west bound on Plymouth St. At about 9:06 a.m., the suspect vehicle was located and stopped on SR 106 west of Industrial Dr. by Officer Bruce Gadziola.

During the investigation, several suspicious articles were observed in the vehicle, which officers associated with methamphetamine manufacturing. The Indiana State Police Methamphetamine Lab Disposal Team was summoned, and they discovered two active labs inside the vehicle.

Arrested were Nathaniel White, April Payne, John Bobby and David Gonzalez.
