PLYMOUTH —  Michael Evanoff, 51, died of natural causes at 9:22 p.m. Monday, Oct. 3, 2011, in his residence.
He is survived by his parents, Michael and Beverlee Evanoff, Hacksneck, Va.; two brothers, Mark (Colleen) Evanoff, Osceola, and Robert Evanoff, Melfa, Va.; and by a sister Debra Bayliss, Onley, Va.
Visitation is Friday, Oct. 7, 2011, from noon to 3 p.m. at the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth.
Funeral services will follow visitation at 3 p.m. in the funeral home.
Interment will be in the New Oakhill Cemetery, Plymouth.

BREMEN —  Sandra L. Cook, 68, of Bremen died Oct. 1 in Bremen Health Care.
She is survived by four children, Tom, Don, Ruth, and Ken; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Carmen and Gloria; and two brothers, Roger and Don.
Funeral service will be Friday, Oct. 7, 2011 at Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Gerald Leroy Kerr

WALKERTON —  Gerald Leroy Kerr, 82, of Walkerton died Oct. 3, 2011.
He is survived by sisters, Melvina and Norma; and brother, Eugene.
Per his wishes, his body has been donated to science. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St., South Bend is handling the arrangements.
