PLYMOUTH — Lillie “Mae” Kile, age 84, of Plymouth, passed away at 9:15 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013, at Miller’s Merry Manor, in Plymouth.
Mae was born Sept. 29, 1928, in Plymouth, to John Henry and Mary Eva (Cudney) Hill. Mae became the bride of Carl H. “Coach” Kile Dec. 14, 1946, in Walkerton. Together they raised their three children. Mae will be fondly remembered, by her many friends, for her unique sense of humor and great love of her savior. Mae was a member of the Marshall County Church of Christ. She retired from Bomarko, Inc., in Plymouth.
Mae is survived by her two daughters, Sandy Sumpter of Plymouth and Pam Johnson of Culver; her son, Timothy Kile of Baltimore, Md.; two grandchildren; and one great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl, on Oct. 22, 1999; her sisters Betty Riley and Evelyn Rile; and her brother, Carl Hill.
