PLYMOUTH — Lenda Lee Barcus, age 67, of Plymouth, passed away at 2:27 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. 
Lenda was born Aug. 27, 1945, in Wabash, Ark. Charles E. “Ed” Barcus and Lenda Lee were married March 17, 1967, in Plymouth. Lenda was an avid volunteer for the Women of the Moose. She served as Grand Regent for the State of Indiana and had held various positions on the board of officers for, WOTM #1355. The Moose was one of the loves of her life. Lenda’s granddaughters were her greatest joy and she cherished her time spent with them.
Lenda is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Charles “Ed” Barcus; sons, Ricky Billings of Bunker Hill; Daniel (Heidi) Billings of Arizona; Edward L. (Teri) Barcus of Argos, and Timothy (Jennifer) Barcus of Plymouth; granddaughters, Madisyn and Morgyn Barcus; her sisters, Nettie Sue Von of Alabama, Donna Bessinger of Pennsylvania, and Rhonda Rahner of Florida; and her brother, Elbert Crooms of Mississippi. Lenda was preceded in death by her mother, Bessie Crooms and her brother, Duane Crooms.
