ARGOS — Leesa Diane (Taylor) Sexton, 46, of Argos died Dec. 14, 2012 at 6:10 p.m. at U.S. 31 south of County Road 375N following an automobile accident.
She was born April 12, 1966 in Niles, Mich. to Lee Taylor Jr. and Shirley Doris (Glover) Taylor.
She had lived in Argos for the last year and a half coming from Fulton.
On Aug. 2, 1997 in Eureka, Calif. she married Ed Sexton.
She was business manager for the Fulton County Library in Rochester.
She was a graduate of Culver Girls Academy class of 1984 and was her class valedictorian; she then graduated from Valparaiso University in 1989 with a B.A. in psychology; in 2011 she earned her master’s from Indiana Wesleyan University in accounting.
She was a member of St. Mary’s of the Lake Catholic Church, Culver; and a member of the LifePlex in Plymouth.
She is survived by her husband – Ed Sexton, Argos; daughters – Emma Lee Sexton and Sarah Jane Sexton, both of Argos; and brothers – Dan Taylor of Columbia, S.C.; and Joe Taylor and wife Chris of South Bend.
She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter – Kaitlin Sexton.
Friends may visit with the family Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012 from 4 – 7 p.m. at the Argos High School Auditorium, 500 Yearick St., Argos.
Services will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday Dec. 19, 2012 at the Argos High School Auditorium, with Rev. Msgr Father Thadeus Balinda officiating.
A graveside service will take place 1 p.m. Thursday Dec. 20, 2012 at the Strong Cemetery, County Road 800 E., Albany, IN 47320.
Memorial contributions may be made to her children’s educational fund at: Leesa Sexton Memorial Fund; Attn: Teachers Credit Union; 1707 E. State Road 14; Rochester, IN 46975.
