Kindergarten roundup is March 8 for Argos

ARGOS — Kindergarten roundup for Argos Elementary School will be Tuesday, March 8, in the elementary gym. Parents can arrive anytime between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The school will be offering full-day kindergarten again for the 2011-12 school year. For a child to be eligible for kindergarten he/she must be five years of age on or before Aug. 1, 2011.
Parents should bring:
1. Their child
2. The child's birth certificate
3. The child's immunization record
4. The child's social security card
No money will be collected that evening. Parents should plan to attend Fall Registration Aug. 5, to complete remaining paperwork and make payments for textbook rental and meal accounts.
