PLYMOUTH — Juanita H. Marquez, 82, of Plymouth, passed away Monday, June 3, 2013, at 10:32 a.m., at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, in Plymouth.
Juanita was born Aug. 29, 1930, in Santa Rosa, Texas, to Marcos and Esther (Olivarez) Hernandez. Juanita and Manuel Marquez were married Feb. 19, 1950, in Santa Rosa, Texas. They moved to Plymouth in 1967. Manuel passed away June 18, 2004. Juanita worked at the former Parkview Hospital, in Plymouth, for many years.
She was a member of Saint Michael Catholic Church.
Juanita is survived by her sons, Rodolfo Marquez of Plymouth and Hector (Elle) Marquez of Vienna, Va.; her sister, Rebecca (Jose) Rodriguez of Plymouth; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
