PLYMOUTH — Jerry M. Halt, 58, Plymouth, passed away Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013, at 1 p.m., at Pilgrim Manor Nursing Home, in Plymouth.
Jerry was born March 3, 1955, in South Bend, to Robert and Madeline (Oler) Halt. Jerry married Marsha Freet, in Culver, on Sept. 1, 2001. He was a semi-truck driver. Jerry was a terrific gardener and was known for his extremely large garden. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and his family
Jerry is survived by his wife, Marsha Halt; his sons, Robert (Tabitha) Halt of Plymouth, Jacob Halt of Indianapolis, Ryan (Melissa) Shriver of South Bend, and Cory (Katelyn) Freet of Argos; his five adorable grandchildren; his sister, Kristie Halt of Walkerton; and his brother, John Halt of Hanahan, S.C. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Madeline Halt.
