LEESBURG, Fla. — James J. Dorman, DVM, who served for more than 25 years as a multi-county large - animal veterinarian, entered into his heavenly rest Dec. 16, 2011. He and his wife (Allie Bird) moved from Argos in 1966 to work for the USDA as an epidemiologist in the states of North Carolina and Tennessee. He is survived by his loving three children, Jean, Libby and John and his wife Nora of Leesburg, Fla. Doc had seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Argos remained a very special place in his heart.
