ISP meth unit searches LaPaz home

LAPAZ — Thursday, troopers with the Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Section (MSS), the Emergency Response Section (ERS) and the Plymouth Police Department, served a search warrant on a suspected meth house in LaPaz.
The two month investigation was worked in collaboration with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department. Officers raided the home at 213 Vandalia St. in LaPaz around 8 a.m. No one was at home at the time of the raid.
Police discovered methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and items used in the manufacturing of meth. The state police will forward the case to the Marshall County Prosecutors Office for review of possible felony charges. No arrests have been made at this time.
