WARSAW — Irene I. Baker, 90, a resident of Miller’s Merry Manor Nursing Home, Warsaw passed away Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013 at 7:30 p.m.
Irene was born the daughter of David Powers and Clara Sears Powers on Sept. 9, 1922 in Nebraska. She was a resident of the Etna Green area all her life. She was a homemaker.
On June 10, 1939 she was married to Harold Baker who preceded her in death June 1, 1994. She is survived by her children; Barbara and husband Ronald Ashby of Etna Green, Dennis Baker and Ronald and wife Diana Baker all of Warsaw. She also was blessed with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, and her brother, David and wife Anna Powers of Etna Green
She was preceded in death by her husband, two sisters, May and Margaret, and two brothers, Robert and Fred. 
In honoring her wishes graveside services were held Tuesday, Jan. 22 at Etna Green Cemetery.
