Depot open; to close soon
The Bremen Historic Depot will be open for visitors Sunday, Dec. 2 from 2 to 4 p.m. The Depot will then be closed for the winter months, except for groups that are scheduled. There is no admission fee. For information, call 574-546-4340.

Old Bremen postcards are featured in the 2013 Historic Bremen calendar being sold by Historic Bremen Inc. Each month has an enlarged picture of a Bremen postcard. Also included is a brief history of postcards.
Old postcards had both the picture and message on the front side. The 2013 calendar shows some examples and gives the reason for that arrangement.
Again this year the calendars are $8 each or two for $15 and can be purchased at the Bremen Town Hall, Koontz Hardware Store, Don’s Barber Shop, The Cozy Home Shop and Woodie’s Supermarket. The 2013 calendar is the eighth in the series of Historic Bremen Calendars.
