Good end to a bad week for Rockies

September 3, 2010

PLYMOUTH — It was a good end to a bad week.
“It’s a great end to a bad week,” said Plymouth football head coach John Barron on the field after his team’s 34-14 win over Warsaw on Friday. “My dad was watching this one. It was awesome.”
Barron knew that he wouldn’t be able to be on the sideline for this week’s game, owing to his ejection a week ago at Rochester. Barron also had to deal with the death of his father early in the week taking him away from his team to be with his family.
