Firemen request toys

December 4, 2012

BREMEN — It’s once again time for the Bremen Volunteer Fire Department’s annual Toys for Tots drive. Each year the department places containers at various locations throughout town for the collection of toys.
The following are this years participants: Bremen VFW, Dollar General, CVS, Mrs. T’s Bakery, Koontz Hardware, CarQuest, Bremen Ford, Bremen Chevrolet, Bremen Church of the Brethren, Klinge Ace Hardware/Radio Shack, Down Under Salon, Bremen Town Hall, Glamour Salon, TMT Automotive, Country Chiropractors, Italian Coffee Bar, Total Image, Plymouth Walgreens, Bremen Missionary Church, Bremen United Methodist Church and First Church of God. Toys or monetary donations can also be dropped off at the fire station, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Anyone wishing to receive toys from the Toys for Tots drive needs to pick up and fill out an application. The forms will be available from Baker Insurance, the Bremen Police Department or online at http://www.bremenfire.org and need to be returned to either Baker Insurance or the Bremen Police Department by Dec. 12 to be considered.
The Bremen Volunteer Fire Department thanks everyone in advance for their continued support of the local Toys for Tots program.
