Downtown parking lot to close for repairs

October 30, 2013

PLYMOUTH - Construction will begin on a downtown parking lot at Garro and Water Street - the former sight of the Bauer Building - and will involve some inconvenience for motorists.

Rieth-Riley Construction has signed a contract for the work and hopes to begin excavation portion of the project on Nov. 1, with parking lot, sidewalk and curb work beginning on Nov. 4.

The company hopes to complete the project within seven working days barring unforeseen weather or other problems.

A detailed story will appear in Thursday's Pilot News.
