PLYMOUTH — Dorothy (Dottie) Conger, 84, of Plymouth passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2011.
She is survived by three children, Steven (Donna) B. Conger, Sue (David) Underwood, Marsha Duncan; four grandchildren, Corey Duncan, Tai Duncan, Samantha Duncan, Dustin Underwood; and one great-grandson, Max Duncan.
Aug. 14, 1949, Dr. William H. Conger of Plymouth and Dorothy B. Cowgill were married in Greencastle. She earned a bachelor’s degree in social work at Indiana University in 1949.
Dottie served on the Marshall County/Five County Mental Health Boards. She also served four years on the Plymouth Community School Board.
She worked as a field director/program director for the Northern Indiana Girl Scout Council and the Singing Sands Girl Scout Council.
Dottie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William; and her brother, Don.
At her request, there will be no services.
