BREMEN — H. Marjorie Skinner, 97, of Dallas, N.C., formerly of Bremen, died Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012 at Robin Johnson Hospice House in Dallas, N.C.
She is survived by a son, Frank R. Skinner II of Gastonia, N.C.; a sister, Norma Turner of South Bend; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen with burial following the service in the Bremen Cemetery.
Visitation is one hour prior to the service at the funeral home Tuesday.
Memorials may be given to Robin Johnson Hospice House, Dallas, N.C., St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Bremen.

MEDARYVILLE — Karma Jean Saltsman, 71, of Medaryville died Sept. 6, 2012 at IU Health Arnett Hospital, Lafayette.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas E. Saltsman Sr. of Medaryville; sons, Thomas E. (Penny) Saltsman Jr. of Winamac, Gary D. (Sandy) Saltsman of Medaryville; daughter, Teresa L. (Tom) Bryant of Winamac; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; brother, William Hughes of Medaryville; sisters, Alva Jean Harris of Logansport, Loretta Conrad of Logansport; and brother, Paul (Donna) Hughes of Disputanta, Va.
Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012 at the First Christian Church, Francesville until time of 3 p.m. services at the church. Memorial contributions may be given to the First Christian Church of Francesville.
