PLYMOUTH — Georgina “Gina” M. Onofre, 35, of Plymouth, died Monday morning, Sept. 19, 2011.
She is survived by five children: Tyler Lee Stiles, Shawn Austin Stiles, Cruz Anthony Galanda all of Plymouth and Monica Marie Onofre and Joseph Armando Onofre of Pueblo, Mexico; mother, Cynthia and stepfather, Harold Tabor Sr. of Plymouth; father, Dallas Galanda of Baroda, Mich.; sister, Sarah E. Tabor and brother, Harold W. Tabor Jr. both of Plymouth; and grandmothers, Dorothy M. Pope of Plymouth, and Ida Mae Galanda of Bridgman, Mich.
No services are planned at this time. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery at Bridgman, Mich.
The Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, Plymouth is assisting with arrangements.

PLYMOUTH — Francis D. Mark, Jr., 59, of 17411 12th Road, Plymouth, died at 2:35 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 18, 2011, at his home. 
He is survived by his sons, Francis David Mark III of Rochester, and Shawn David (Trisha) Mark of Bourbon; also surviving is his mother, Beverly; his brothers, Danney Mark of Fish Lake, Donald Mark of Plymouth, and Dennis Mark of Houston, Texas; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
There will be no visitation or funeral services.
The Van Gilder Funeral Home, 300 W. Madison St., Plymouth, assisted the family with the arrangements.

ROCHESTER — Reed Jacobs Jr., 67, of Rochester died Sept. 20, 2011 at Pulaski Health Care Center, Winamac.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Jacobs of Rochster; daughter, Leslie (Rodney) Hawkey of Kewanna; son, Brian (Janora) Jacobs of Rochester; sisters, Katherine Allen of Knox, Mary Back of Knox, Evelyn Brewer of LaPorte, Barbara Fugate of Medaryville, Londia Vickers of Walkerton; brothers, Raymond Jacobs of Bremen, John Jacobs of Knox; and five grandchildren.
Visitation is Friday, Sept. 23 from 4 to 8 p.m. CDT at O’Donnell Funeral Home, Inc., North Judson, and after 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 24 at Free United Baptist Church, North Judson.
Service will be Saturday, Sept. 24 at 11 a.m. at Free United Baptist Church.
Burial will be at Highland Cemetery, North Judson.
