NAPPANEE — Harley D. Miller, 85, of 501 W. Randolph St.,  Nappanee died at 2:05 a.m., Sunday July 10, 2011, at Miller’s Merry Manor after a short illness.
Survivors are his sons, Nelson (Cynthia) Miller and Maynard (Tammy) Miller, both of Nappanee, and Lyle (Lori) Miller of Fort Wayne; a daughter, Marilyn (LeRoy) Knepp of Goshen; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Leona (Harvey) Miller, Linda Mae Miller, Clra (Lamar) Hershberger, and Verba (Lonnie) Slabaugh, all of Nappanee; brothers, Sylvanie (Mary) Miller, Homer (Frieda) Miller, both of Nappanee, and Lester (Mary Esther) Miller, Middlebury.
Visitation is Wednesday 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee.  Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Friday, July 15, at Bethel Conservative Mennonite Church in Nappanee. Burial will be in Bethel Conservative Mennonite Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Gospel Echos or North Liberty Mennonite Church. Online condolences may be given at

BREMEN — Jailyn Ruth Cassel was born in to the Lord’s hands July 7, 2011 in Bremen. She is survived by her parents, Chase Cassel and Lenae Bennitt both of Bremen; maternal grandparents, Todd and Jenny Bennitt of Bremen; paternal grandmother, Gina Cassel of Bremen; maternal great-grandparents, Bob and Judy Bennitt of Plymouth; and paternal great-grandfather, Gene Holdeman of Plymouth.
Funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday, July 14, 2011 at the Bremen Cemetery Chapel.
Visitation is one hour before the service at the chapel.
