WINONA LAKE — E. Lunetta Metcalf, 97, of Winona Lake, formerly of North Webster, died at 4:14 a.m. Friday, April 29, 2011 at Grace Village Retirement in Winona Lake.
She is survived by a son, Philip (Karilyn) Metcalf of North Webster; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; seven stepgreat-grandchildren; and a sister, Edythe Gordon of Fort Wayne.
Visitation will take place from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, May 2 at Owen Family Funeral Home, S.R. 13 and 500 N, North Webster.
Funeral services will take place at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 3, at the First Baptist Church of Oswego, 2985 E. Church St. Warsaw (Oswego), with Pastor Gary Colby, former minister of the church officiating.
Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in North Webster.

Robert E. Soales

BREMEN — Robert E. Soales, 81, of Bremen, died April 29, 2011.
He is survived by his daughters, Donna (Doug) Costas of Las Vegas, Nev., and Jane (Leroy) Reeder of Edwardsburg, Mich.; a son, Keith (Gloria) Soales, LaPorte; four grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a brother, Don (Carol) Soales, Edwardsburg, Mich.; and a sister, Alta (Al) Molebash of Nappanee.
Visitation will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 3 at Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen.
Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 4 at the Bremen United Methodist Church.
Burial will follow at the Bremen Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Bremen United Methodist Church, 302 West Plymouth St, Bremen, IN 46506.

Mattie Schmucker
April 29, 2011
NAPPANEE — Mattie Schmucker, 88, of LuAnn Nursing Home, Nappanee, died at 7:05 p.m., Friday, April 30, 2011 at Elkhart General Hospital. 
She is survived by sons: Robert (Freida) Schmucker of Milford, Harley W. (Linda) Schmucker of Anderson, Jerry L. (Sarah E.) Schmucker of Nappanee, and Marvin R. (Cathy) Schmucker of Peru; daughters, Joan (Mervin J.) Weaver and Rosetta (Devon) Troyer, both of Nappanee; 41 grandchildren; and 91 great-grandchildren.
Visitation took place Saturday, April 30 at Jerry Schmucker’s residence, 6044 W 1350 N.
Funeral services took place at 9:30 a.m. Monday, May 2 at the Schmucker’s. 
Burial followed in West Union Cemetery.
Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee, assisted with arrangements.

Frances P.  Bowersox
April 29, 2011
DUNEDIN, Fla. — Frances P.  Bowersox, 98, formerly of Leiters Ford and Dunedin, Fla. died at 12:05 a.m. Friday, April 29, 2011 at Miller’s Merry Manor.
She is survived by sons, John (Ruth) Bowersox of Dunedin, Fla. and Thomas (Diane) Bowersox of South Bend; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; sisters: Bernice Hartz, Martha Glintzer, and Dorothy Talbot.
Visitation will take place from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 4 at Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St., Rochester.
Funeral services will take place 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at the Leiters Ford Cemetery.

DONALDSON — Sr. Clarence Caspermyer, PHJC, 80, died Sunday morning, May 1, 2011 at her residence, in the Catherine Kasper Life Center, Donaldson.
Arrangements are pending with the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, Plymouth.
