MARION — Janet Christine May, 61, died Thursday, April 5, 2012 at 10:53 p.m. in the Indiana University Health — Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis.
She is survived by her mother, Pauline (Rains) Phillippe of Marion; one brother, David L. (Diana) May of Marion; and two sisters, Cynthia L. (May) and her husband Mike Laughrun of Massanutten, Va., and Lorann Ruth (May) and her husband Donald Jennings of Tallahassee, Fla.
Graveside service will be held in the New Oakhill Cemetery Chapel Tuesday, April 10, at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in the Oakhill Cemetery, Plymouth. 
Memorial gifts may be given to World Gospel Mission, Richard Adkins Special Africa Project 01090-005,  P.O. Box 948, Marion, IN. 
The Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, Plymouth is assisting with arrangements.

KEWANNA — Carl Von Grube Sr., 82, of Kewanna, died April 6, 2012 at home.
He is survived by his wife, Pearl; daughter, Penny Grube of Rochester; son, Carl “Von” (Dawn) Grube Jr. of Apache Junction, Ariz; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild; sisters, Betty (Kenny) Dunlap of Fort Myers, Fla., Dorothy Etchison of Noblesville; and brothers, Paul (Pat) Grube of Rochester, Eldon (Linda) Grube of Kokomo.
Services will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday, April 10 in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St., Rochester. Visitation is from 2 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Military rites will be conducted. BREMEN — Helen Elizabeth Carithers, 92, of Bremen, died Friday, April 6, 2012 at Bremen Health Care Center.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at 10 a.m. at the Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen with burial following the service at Bremen Cemetery.
Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials can be given to the American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, and general board of Global Ministries.
