Gary J. Collins

BOURBON — Gary J. Collins, 49, of Bourbon, died at 5:45 a.m. Friday, Feb. 4, 2011 at Kosciusko Community Hospital, of natural causes.
He is survived by his wife, Rosemary; daughters, Danielle Collins of Bourbon, Jeanna Collins (Andy Lidecker) of Bourbon; sisters: Kathy Wilson of Ft. Wayne, Nancy (John) Wood of Milford, Lynn Collins of Warsaw, and Alice Richards of Springfield, Mass.; brothers: Ken (Brenda) Collins, and Ted Collins, both of Warsaw, Terry Collins of Nappanee, and Harry (Jean) Collins, Art Collins and Leroy Collins, all of Connecticut; and several nieces and nephews.
A public service will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 8 at the Triton Jr.-Sr. High School auditorium with a memorial service at 8 p.m.
Visitation will take place from 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9 at Riverside United Methodist Church, Bremen.
Funeral services will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Bourbon.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Nathan Collins Scholarship Fund.
Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home, Bourbon, assisted the family with arrangements.

LAPORTE — Larry A. Ketcham, 61, of LaPorte, formerly or Plymouth, died Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011 after an extended illness.
He is survived by his mother Dollie Ketcham; brother, Lon R. Ketcham of California; and sisters: Marcia Allen of Bremen, Della Watson of Argos, and Nancy Harbaugh of Plymouth.
Visitation will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 8 at Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home 1100 N. Michigan Street, Plymouth. 
Funeral services will take place at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at Gross Cemetery near Plymouth.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Calvary Baptist Church – Building Fund, 1808 I Street, LaPorte, IN, 46350.

GROVERTOWN — Vera A. Singleton, 72, died Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011 in her residence. 
She is survived by her husband, Raymond Singleton; sons: David (Joanne) Singleton, Gregory (Judi) Singleton and Raymond (Kathy) Singleton II, all of Grovertown; daughters: Cynthia (John) Singleton, Jacquline (Don) Stone and Bobbie Ann (William) Frazier, all of Knox, and Raye Anne (Pete) Kuchel of Grovertown and Margo (Eugene) Manns of Argos; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and sister, Jean (David) Thompson of Knox. 
Visitation will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. (CT) Tuesday, Feb. 8 and one hour prior to services Wednesday at Rannells Funeral Home, Hamlet Chapel.
Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Fletcher Cemetery, Hamlet.

GLENDALE, Ariz. — Ruth Irene Wallace, 85, formerly of Plymouth, died at 11:06 p.m. Friday, Feb. 4, 2011 in the Life Care Center of North Glendale, Ariz.
Arrangements are pending with the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, Plymouth.

MISHAWAKA —  Rose M. Humphries, 62, of Mishawaka, died Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. 
She is survived by a son, Joel (Julie) Humphries of St Clair Shores, Mich.; daughter, Jennifer (Aaron) Newton of Stillwater, Okla.; three grandsons; and two brothers, Tom (Patti) Lucas of Yeoman and Ed (Charlene) Lucas of Monticello.
Visitation will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9 at the Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen.
Funeral services will take place at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 10, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Bremen Public Library or to Center for Hospice Care of Marshall County.

ROCHESTER — George F. Roby 87, 14262 State Road 110, Rochester, passed away at 11:42 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011 at his residence.
He is survived by sons, Stephen Roby of Culver, and Bruce Roby of Marshall, Minn.; and one grandchild.
No services will be observed.
Burial will be in the Leiters Ford Cemetery, Leiters Ford. Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, assisted the family with arrangements.

SOUTH BEND — Keith Eugene Weade, 85, of South Bend, died of natural causes, Feb. 5, 2011 at Memorial Hospital of South Bend.
He is survived by his wife, Beatrice Ann (Beadie) Wenger; sister, Myrtle Mae Laidig; daughters, Barbara L. (Michael Goc) Weade and Sandra J. (Robert) Krost; sons, Alan G. (Bonnie) and Rex L. (Michelle); nine grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
Visitation will take place from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9 at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret-Lienhart Funeral Home, 117 W. Waterford St., Wakarusa, and one hour prior to services Thursday.
Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 10, at Coalbush United Methodist Church, 15977 Jackson Road, Mishawaka. 
Memorial contributions may be made to Coalbush United Methodist, Park and Pavilion Fund and United Methodist Camp Lakewood.
Burial will take place in Olive (East) Cemetery.
