DAYTON, Ohio â€” James Luzern Custer, 88, of Washington Township, Dayton, Ohio, died Thursday Feb. 3, 2011.
He is survived by his wife Patricia; daughters Deborah Lakins and Cathrine (Don) Morter; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation took place from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 7 at Southminster Presbyterian Church, 7011 Far Hills Ave.
Entombment followed at Woodland Mausoleum.
Memorial donations may be made Alzheimerâ€™s Foundation of Hospice of Dayton.

BREMEN â€”Â Lee C. Lakins, 83, of Bremen, died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011 at the Community Hospital of Bremen.Â
He is survived by his wife, Shirley; sons: Rick Lakins of Columbia City, Jack (Pam) Lakins of Plymouth and Mike (Trena) Lakins of Bremen; daughter, Barbara (Chuck) Goble: stepson, Kenneth (Pat) Young of Mishawaka: stepdaughters: Elaine Young and Janet (Terry) Miller of Bremen, and Cheryl (Don) Brier of Lafayette; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 18 stepgrandchildren; 15 stepgreat-grandchildren; one stepgreat-great-grandchild; brother, John Lakins of Rutledge, Tenn.; and many nieces and nephews.
Â Visitation will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16 at St. Paulâ€™s Lutheran Church, 605 S. Center St., Bremen.
Funeral services will take place at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 17 at the church.
Burial will follow at the Bremen Cemetery with full military rites.
Â Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paulâ€™s Lutheran Church, Bremen or to the Bremen VFW.
Â The Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen is assisting the family with arrangements.

CULVER â€” Genevieve Wilkins, 91, of Culver, died at 11:10 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011 at her residence.
She is survived by a son, James A. (Christy) Wilkins of Culver.
There will be no visitation or services.
Burial will be private.
Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society or the Alzheimerâ€™s Association.
