NAPPANEE — Helen Ruth Hoyt, 91, formerly of Nappanee, died Friday, Dec. 2, 2011 at 4:35 a.m. at Grace Village Health Care in Winona Lake.
She is survived by a daughter, Sharie (Pat) Johnson of Syracuse, sons, Mike (Diana) Hoyt of Mentone and Jim (Rhonda) Hoyt of Richardson, Texas; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be Sunday, Dec. 4 from 2 to 7 p.m. at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home in Nappanee and also one hour prior to the funeral service which will be Monday, Dec. 5 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in South Union Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the Nappanee United Methodist Church or Kosciusko County Hospice.

WALKERTON — Debra A. Gore, 60, died Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011 at 10:45 p.m. in Miller’s Merry Manor, Walkerton.
Visitation will be held Monday, Dec. 6, 2011 from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth. Funeral service will be held immediately following visitation at 6 p.m.
Burial will take place at a later date in Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend.

NEW PARIS — Lloyd L. Miller, 61, of 22757 CR 44, New Paris, died at 6:08 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 1, at Simon Cancer Center, IU Hospital, Indianapolis.
Surviving are his wife, Patsy; daughters, Heather (Jeffrey) Iwema, Nappanee and Danielle (Brian) Thompson, Elkhart; three grandsons; two stepgrandchildren; two stepgreat-grandchildren; his mother, Polly Schmucker, Nappanee; sister, Betty Ferrell, Wakarusa; and brothers, Walter (Martha) Miller and Vernon (JoEllen) Miller both of Nappanee, Andrew Miller and Homer (Brenda) Miller both of Bremen.
Visitation is Sunday 2 to 8 p.m. at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Monday at Calvary Baptist Church. Burial will be in New Paris Cemetery.

PLYMOUTH — Ronald “Mouse” Spoor, 82, died at 6:06 a.m. Friday, Dec. 2, 2011, in the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon; sons, Vern (Mary) Spoor, Houston, Texas, Randy (Debbie) Spoor, Plymouth and Mike Hurford, Monterey; daughters, Terri (Gene) Frazier, North Judson and Tammi Robertson and Chris Hurford, both of Plymouth; sister, Helen Breitspecker of LaPorte; and 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2011 from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth.
Funeral services will be after visitation at 7 p.m. in the funeral home. 
Burial in New Oakhill Cemetery will take place Thursday, Dec. 8, 2011, at 1 p.m.
Memorial gifts may be made the Marshall County Humane Society.

PLYMOUTH — Melissa “Missy” Ann Young, 43, died of natural causes at her home in South Bend Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2011.
She is survived by her mother, Mary L. Nethercutt of Mishawaka; sons, former PFC Timothy L. Hoff, Bremen, SGT Justin D. Hoff of Ft. Campbell, Ky., and Miles Warner of Plymouth; one grandson; sisters, Crystal Lenig (Lloyd Wesley), Plymouth: Wanda (Jeremy) Schlemmer, Mishawaka and Amanda Ross Nethercutt, also of Mishawaka; two half sisters of Cromwell; and one brother, Dwayne (Danielle) Nethercutt of Plymouth.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2011, in the sanctuary at the Christian Center Church of South Bend.
Memorial gifts may be made to the family.
