NEW PARIS — Jacob “Jake” Borkholder, 66, of New Paris, died at 8:16 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2010 at his residence.
He is survived by his wife, Laura Mae; daughters: Loretta (Kenny) Yoder of Milford, Edith (Vernon) Slabaugh of Nappanee, and Sharon (Carl) Miller of New Paris; sons: Lavon (Katie) Borkholder of Millersburg, Olen (Lois) Borkholder of Milford, and Leon (Laura) Borkholder of Nappanee; 30 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; brothers: Perry Borkholder of Etna Green, Oba (Laura) Borkholder of Mendon, Mich., Melvin (Linda) Borkholder of Milford, and Larry (Susie) Borkholder of Topeka; and sisters: Ada (Monroe) Miller of Nappanee, Ann Miller of Burr Oak, Mich., Katie (Vernon) Hochstetler of Centerville, Mich., Clara (Marvin) Miller of Centerville, Mich., and Mary Borkholder of Wisconsin.
Visitation will take place from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 23 at Mt. Tabor Fellowship Hall.
Funeral services will take place at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 24 at Mt. Tabor.
Burial will follow at Fairview Amish Mennonite Church Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the World Missionary Press.

PLYMOUTH — Robert Lee Miller, 56, Plymouth, died Dec. 19, 2010 at Miller’s Merry Manor, Plymouth, of natural causes.
He is survived by former spouse, Sharon Miller Cudney of Plymouth. Family services were held.
Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, Plymouth, assisted the family with arrangements.

Mildred A. Wagoner

ROCHESTER —  Mildred A. Wagoner, 95, of Rochester, died at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2010 at Life Care Center of Rochester.  
She is survived by daughters, Betty Ann (Richard) Hassenplug of Rochester and Janice (Larry) Zellers of LaFountain; son, David Wagoner of Rochester; sisters, Mable Wagoner of Rochester and Vernice Rhoades of Rochester; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will take place from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28 at Good Family Funeral Home,1200 W. 18th St., Rochester.
Funeral services will take place at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at Rochester IOOF Cemetery.
