Leonard ‘Sam’ Cook
Dec. 7, 2012
ARGOS — Leonard “Sam” Cook, 79, of Argos died Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, at 3:08 p.m., at Community Hospital of Bremen.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Cook; their daughters, Pamela (Jay) Evans of Tennessee, Robin Dollar of Texas, and Tara (Paul) Fouriner of Vermont; their sons, Randy (Mandy) Cook of Anderson and Todd Tillis of Anderson; three grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; his sister, Bertha Fouche of Las Vegas, Nev.; his brothers, Kenny (Wanda) Cook of Illinois and Glenden (Evelyn) Cook of Illinois.
Memorials may be given to Alzheimer’s Association, 50 E. 91st St., Indianapolis, IN 46240 or The Center for Hospice Care, 112 S. Center St., Plymouth, IN 46563.
There will be no visitation or services.

John Bradley Lisk

BREMEN — John Bradley Lisk, 52, of Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of Bremen, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012.
He is survived by daughter, Sara (Jon) Cox of Columbia City; one grandchild; one stepgrandchild; parents, James and Linda Lisk of Cincinnati, Ohio; two brothers, William Brett Lisk of Cincinnati, Ohio and James Bartley (Alda) Lisk of Minneapolis, Minn.; maternal grandmother, Olive Rowe; and paternal grandmother, Evelyn Lisk.
Funeral services will be held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 605 S. Center St., Bremen, Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. with burial following in the Bremen Cemetery.
Visitation is from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the church Wednesday.
Contributions may be made to the family memorial fund in care of Sara Cox, P.O. Box 202, Bremen, IN 46506.
The Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen is assisting the family with arrangements.

Billy Middleton

LIGONIER — Billy Middleton, 74, of Ligonier, died Dec. 6, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. at IU Goshen Health Hospital.
Surviving is a son, William R. (Willima) Middleton of Indianapolis; a daughter, Donna (John) Karres of Indianapolis; stepdaughter Tonya Keifer of Sarasota, Fla.; and a brother, Bobby (Patty) Middleton of Gary; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Cremation will take place. Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee is handling the arrangements.
