BREMEN — Lois E. Joslin, 100, of Bremen, died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012 at the Bremen Health Care Center.
She is survived by her son, Donald Guard of Oregon; eight grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012 at 11 a.m. at the Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen. Burial will follow in the Bremen Cemetery.
Visitation is from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the Bremen Church of God.
The Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen is assisting the family with arrangements.

NAPPANEE — Ada E. Miller, 77, of Nappanee died Wednesday, Oct. 31, at 4:10 p.m. at her residence of natural causes.
Surviving are sisters, Nina and Edna Miller, both of Nappanee; brother, Owen Miller of Wakarusa; and sister-in-law, Wilma (Miller) Stutzman of Nappanee.
Visitation is after 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2 and all day Saturday at Melvin Miller’s residence (9229 N. S.R. 19, Nappanee). The funeral service will take place Sunday, Nov. 4 at 9:30 a.m. also at Melvin Miller’s residence. Burial will follow at Graber Cemetery. Arrangements are with Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee.

WINAMAC — Rosita B. “Lynn” Von Tobel, 64, of Winamac died Oct. 31, 2012 at 3:45 a.m.
She is survived by her husband, Edward E. Von Tobel, Winamac; son, Eric M. (Susan) Von Tobel, Royal Center, Brian E. Von Tobel, Lafayette; daughter, Christina L. (Jose Ayala) Von Tobel, Winamac; five grandchildren; one brother; and two sisters.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, 2012 at Frain Mortuary. Funeral services will be held at Frain Mortuary, Winamac, Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012 at 1 p.m.

SOUTH BEND — George J. Minarik, 92, of South Bend died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012 in his home.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie; three daughters, Nona (Harry) Hutchins of Walkerton, Sandy (Jim) Sanders of South Bend, Becky (Kern) Kretchmer of Plymouth; two sons, George (Donna) Minarik of Mishawaka, Tim (Karen) Minarik of South Bend; two stepdaughters, Norva (Roger Sahaj) Cauffman of South Bend, Sally Stypczynski of Columbia, S.C.; four stepsons, Edward (Diane) Cauffman of Arizona, John (Judy) Cauffman of South Bend, William (Jackie) Cauffman of New Carlisle, Rory (Connie) Cauffman of Fort Wayne; 30 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ella Lockwood of Rochester, Louise Moore of Lakeville; and two brothers, Edward Minarik of North Liberty, Frank Minarik of Rochester.
Funeral services were held at 12 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012 at Kaniewski Funeral Home, South Bend. Burial followed in New Carlisle Cemetery. Visitation was Friday, Oct. 19, 2012 from 2 to 8 p.m. and one hour before services.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Association.
