PLYMOUTH — Ruth A. Roose, 101, of Plymouth died Nov. 15, 2012 at 4:08 a.m. at Pilgrim Manor Nursing Home.
Visitation will be Monday, Nov. 19, 2012 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Van Gilder Funeral Home, Plymouth, where funeral services will immediately follow at 3 p.m.
Burial will be at New Oak Hill Cemetery, Plymouth.
Van Gilder Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Dale K. Petersen

ROCHESTER — Dale K. Petersen, 89, of Rochester died Nov. 15 at Memorial Hospital, South Bend.
He is survived by his wife, Eileen; two daughters, Marlene (Gary) Nellans of Winamac, Geraldine Petersen of Milwaukee, Wis.; four sons, Marvin (Mary) Petersen of Wickenburg, Ariz., Steven Petersen of Mishawaka, Ted (Alma) Halterman of Rochester and Lynn (Mary Kay) Halterman of Charlotte, N.C.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 19, 2012 in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St., Rochester. Visitation is from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home and one hour prior to the service. Military graveside rites will be conducted by the Fulton County Honor Guard and the Scott Air Force Base Honor Guard. Burial will be in the Rochester IOOF Cemetery.

WINAMAC — Linda L. Baker, 70, of Winamac died Nov. 14, 2012 at 3:41 p.m. at St. Vincent Seton Specialty Hospital, Indianapolis.
She is survived by daughter, Heather L. (Eric) Hulmes, Winamac; son, Wade A. Baker, Lucerne; six grandchildren; sisters, Deanna Foreman, New Waterford, Ohio, Judi (Frank) Bellino, Youngstown, Ohio; and sister-in-law, Joanne Markoff, Marianna, Pa.
Visitation will be 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012 at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. Funeral service will be held at Frain Mortuary, Winamac, Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012 at 1 p.m. Burial will take place at McKinley Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Winamac. Memorial Contributions may be given to the family.

STAR CITY — Rosemary Ruff Weaver, 86, of Star City died Nov. 14, 2012 at 10 p.m. at Pulaski Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by daughter, Bonnie (Clem) Budd, Winamac; son, Michael (Melissa) Weaver, Star City; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; sisters, Joan G. Rater, Winamac, Nancy M. Ruff, Star City; brothers, Harold “Bud” (Lois) Ruff, Star City, Otto J. (Donna) Ruff, Star City; and son-in-law, Tom Denham, Winamac.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012 at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. A Rosary Service will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012 at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Winamac at 10:30 a.m. Burial will take place at St. Peter’s Cemetery, Winamac.

WINAMAC — Jeffrey Scott Olds, 57, of Winamac died Nov. 12, 2012 at 10:15 p.m. at his residence.
He is survived by sons, Kevin Williamson, Logansport, David (Darlene) Olds, Winamac, Justin Olds, Knox; daughters, Margaret Murray-Olds, Winamac, Rachel Murray-Williams, Winamac, Jessica Olds, Logansport; 10 grandchildren; brothers, Jerry (Marsha) Olds, Winamac, Jack Olds, Madison; and stepfather, August “Augie” Ziebell, Jr., Winamac.
Visitation was from 3 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012 at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, Winamac, where services immediately followed at 4 p.m. Burial is at Mt. Zion-Franklin Township Cemetery, Winamac.
