DONALDSON — Doris M. Albrecht, 93, died March 16, 2013 at Catherine Kasper Life Center in Donaldson.
She is survived by three daughters, Barbara (Marion) Lowry of Plymouth, Ruth (Steve) Brown of Harmon, Ill., Mary (David) Gehant of West Brooklyn, Ill.; two sons, Steve (Liz) Albrecht of Harmon, Ill., David (Nancy) Albrecht of Hobart; 17 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Richard (Joan) Hiss of Michigan Center, Mich., James (Janet) Hiss of Michigan City, John (Carol) Hiss of Leesburg; and five sisters, Rose Hamel of Lake Bluff, Ill., Iona (Gus) Desautels of Orlando, Fla., Sylvia (Fred) Roehm of St. Louis, Mo., Peggy (Doug) McNeish of East Hampton, Mass., Patricia (Eugene) Hebior of Waukegan, Ill.
A memorial service for Doris M. Albrecht, has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 11 at 2 p.m. in the Catherine Kasper Home Chapel, Donaldson. The family requests that memorials in memory of Doris be made to the PHJC Foundation “Building Fund” for the new assisted living facility that is being planned. Burial was in Red Oak Cemetery near Walnut, Ill.
Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, Plymouth is assisting the family.
