Arrangements are pending with Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola.

PORTLAND, Ore. — Elizabeth “Betty” M. Thayer, 89, of Portland, Ore., formerly of Bremen, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2010 at Autumn Hills Nursing Home.
She is survived by a son, James (Debra) Thayer of Portland, Ore.; a daughter, Linda (Henry) Chen of Towson, Md.; and six grandchildren.
Visitation will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 19 at Mishler Funeral Home, 2030 S.R. 331, Bremen.
Funeral services will take place at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 20 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 605 S. Center St., Bremen.
Burial will follow at Bremen Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Paul’s Lutheran School.
