Culver goes 'commercial'

October 26, 2012

Josh Taylor, of WSBT television in South Bend, shoots a scene at Cafe Max on Main Street for one of a series of commercials slated to air during various popular daytime shows and newscasts on the network, reaching a potential audience of hundreds of thousands.

Eight local businesses, according to Cafe owner Susie Mahler and Diva owner Sue McInturff, as well as the Culver Chamber of Commerce, will be showcased in 30-second spots rotating over the next few months on the station, which spent two days filming in Culver, over the past two weeks.

More details will be featured in the next Culver Citizen.
