Culver Elementary School registration, PTO meeting April 5

CULVER — Culver Community Schools Kindergarten Roundup for those students in the Monterey Elementary attendance district will be held Tuesday, April 5 at 6 p.m. in the Monterey Elementary School cafeteria. Roundup for those students in the Culver Elementary attendance district will be held Wednesday, April 6 at 6 p.m. in the Culver Elementary School cafeteria. To be eligible for kindergarten a child must be five years old on or before Aug. 1, 2011. Children do not need to attend this informational meeting for parents. During this meeting parents will be informed about required health records, forms needed for registration, kindergarten screening, Indiana curriculum standards and programs available for kindergartners. Parents should bring a copy of the child's birth certificate to verify date of birth, and the child's immunization record. If a parent cannot attend April 5 or April 6 they should contact Culver Elementary at 574-842-3389, or Monterey Elementary at 574-542-2601 to make other arrangements.
