SOUTH BEND — Carol Ann Glassburn (Brock) 63, departed life at 11:18 p.m. Oct. 16, under the care of Hospice, after a short bout with cancer.
Carol was born Feb. 1, 1947 in Bremen. She graduated from Bremen High School. She moved to South Bend when she married Dallas July 13, 1970.
Those left to cherish her memories include a very special mother-in-law, Vada Glassburn; two children, Paula (Carl) Riley and Christopher Glassburn; three grandchildren: Nakita Glassburn, Mann Riley, and Marces Riley; great-grandchildren: Da’Nayzia Lanee and Darious Easton Jr. (2), Chozen Riley, Trey-Shawn and Trinity Fennessee, all of South Bend.
Carol was proceeded in death by her parents, Edward F. and Frieda (Klotz) Brock; grandparents, Jesse and Ola Klotz; great-grandchildren: Darianna Easton and Darious Jr. Easton (1); and a brother, Wayne (Betty) Brock.
Services will be at held at 3 p.m., Friday, Oct. 22, in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola, with two hours of visitation prior to the service.
