The Bremen Enquirer published an article Oct. 4 about a “Parent Comfort Cart” being built by Kiwanian Denny Yoder for Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.
After the cart was fully stocked with supplies for parents of Riley Hospital for Children patients, and after Bremen High School Art students brightened it up, the finished product was delivered (by Yoder) to the hospital.
BHS Principal Bruce Jennings said: “Kudos to The Bremen Kiwanis Club and Miss Ashley Boardman and her Art Club students, and thanks to all of the many school/community members who contributed in a big way so this project could be completed successfully for the families who depend on the services provided by Riley Hospital. We will continue to accept donations to keep the cart well-supplied.”
