Car show, concert featured at today's 'Music in the Park' event

PLYMOUTH— Spike and the Bulldogs will perform in today’s Music in the Park Concert, provided by Encore Performing Arts.

This week’s concert also includes Car Cruise-In featuring classic and show cars prior to 2000. Registration for the show begins at 4 p.m. Car show opens at 5 p.m.

At 7 p.m. Spike and the Bulldogs will take the stage in the Young amphitheater in Centennial Park. Tickets are $10 for adults. Students and children are free.

Throughout Northern Indiana, Ohio and Michigan, Spike and the Bulldogs are known for their take on the 1950s and 1960s. Reminiscent of the “Drive In” and the “Sock Hop,” the group has been performing for 20 years.
