Bonding online, friends meet for the first time

NAPPANEE — Sarah Stump has finally met her Skype-sister.
Born with a rare condition that caused her to be bborn without part of her left arm, Stump struggled in her early school years to find friends who understood the difficulties of her life.
"When I was eight, I just needed someone there who could actually understand everything about me," Stump, a student at Northwood High School, explained. "Kids at my school, none of my friends could actually understand what was going on with my arm and stuff."
