Indian Parliament gives go-ahead on US/India nuclear deal; now the question is whether there is enough time for the US Congress to act. The deal still needs clearances from the International Atomic Energy Agency and the 45-nation Nuclear Suppliers Group. Then the deal would have to go to the U.S. Congress for final approval. |
