3 arrested for meth near 9A Road
PLYMOUTH — Three individuals were arrested Thursday night on U.S. 31 near 9A Road when Plymouth Police Department's K9 unit discovered two active meth labs in their vehicle.
Amy S. Whitehead, Kerry O. Malicki, and Tommy L. Peacock III were initially stopped around 11 p.m. by a Marshall County Sheriff's Department officer for a traffic violation. The county officer requested Plymouth's K9 unit, and all three were charged with manufacturing methamphetamine. Whitehead was also charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated controlled substance. Malicki was also charged with false informing. All three subjects are being held without bond pending probable cause affidavits being filed. A report is being forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor's office for formal charges.
