2 arrested for fraud, forgery

LAPAZ — Justin Haining and Nicole Martin were arrested August 29 by Marshall County Police after they were spotted on a surveillance video making purchases at local establishments with stolen credit cards. The cards had been stolen from an individual's vehicle in the 300 block of Vandalia Street in LaPaz. Haining and Martin were taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail. They are currently being held for theft, fraud, and forgery, and have been given a $10,000 cash bond.
