After losing 18 players to graduation last year, Bremen’s young squad was already facing a learning curve at the start of the season. With injuries to key players in Weeks 2 and 3, the Lions have been forced to make even more adjustments on the fly.

Plymouth puts away Clay
Plymouth’s volleyball team moved a game over .500 Tuesday night with a lopsided 25-8, 25-20, 25-11 win over visiting Clay at The Rock.
Marissa German, Hunter Stevens and Amber Redinger each put down six kills for the Lady Pilgrims, while German also recorded a balanced six digs behind Andria Shook’s 10.
Shook served up four aces, Haley Harrell dished out 21 assists, and Carly Baker tallied five blocks for Plymouth, which moved to 6-5 on the season.
The JV and freshmen Lady Pilgrims also earned wins Tuesday.
