Rescheduled rain-outs

Plymouth's Northern Lakes Conference baseball game with Warsaw, which was rained out Friday, has been rescheduled for Tuesday, May 8.

The Bremen-Triton Northern State Conference baseball and softball games were also rained out Friday and have been rescheduled for Tuesday, May 8, while the JV softball game has been rescheduled for May 3.

Pilgrims clinch narrow win vs Goshen

PLYMOUTH — Jacob Seagraves picked a good time to break out of a hitting slump.
With two outs in the bottom of the seventh inning the Plymouth senior came through with a walk-off single to right-center, scoring Chase Peters from first base to give the Pilgrims the 5-4 victory over the visiting Goshen Redskins.

Herbster powers LaVille past Triton
LaVille jumped out to a 4-0 lead then rallied back from a 6-4 deficit with three runs in the fifth and sixth innings in a 10-7 defeat of visiting Triton Monday.
Quentin Herbster went 4-for-4 with two RBI and scored three runs, and Justin Baker and Trenton Priser both doubled for LaVille, which moved to 2-2 in the Northern State Conference and 5-6 overall.
Zak Shively took the loss on the mound relieving Bryson Mosier in the fifth of the error-filled contest, which featured a combined 10 miscues by both teams.
