Lincoln stays unbeaten at LaVille super duals
The Lincoln Junior High wrestling team went 5-0 at the Laville “King of the Mat” super duals Saturday. The young Rockies stayed perfect on the season at 18-0 with the win.
Lincoln defeated opponents by wide margins all day long, beating North Judson 117-12, Schmucker 76-30, Tippecanoe Valley 120-9 and LaVille 76-40. Lincoln’s boys accomplished their goal of beating traditional power and Penn high school feeder Schmucker, but unfortunately Discovery — another Penn feeder — scored more team points in Pool play than Lincoln.
